I recently took my vehicle into American Auto Works to get a number of items repaired. In the past; every time I had taken my car into a garage I had always felt like it was the roll of the dice as to what kind of service I would get and how bad I would feel about getting taken advantage. This is the first time in my life that I got my repairs completed, not felt like I was taken advantage of and was confident that everything was done to perfection. Uniquely, I felt good leaving the garage with my vehicle after the repairs. It was also great working with the owner Hector and his wife Angela; they extended the kind of personal attention and service that made a huge difference. I would recommend to anyone to take their vehicle to American Auto Works; old, new, vintage, domestic or foreign.

We all know that getting auto repairs done is a very daunting task as of late! No matter where you go, dealerships, mom & pop, or shade tree... Getting information from the "experts" before the repair is like pulling teeth and sometimes questionable. And don't you dare burden them by asking for an estimate over the phone! Well, that was my experience BEFORE I called American Auto Works because my 20 yr old daughters "beater" kept stopping while she was driving. First of all, they came highly recommended by someone I consider a DIY guru. It is out of the ordinary for this person to have someone else do any type of repairs! Then my first, uneducated call to Angie was the warmest and inviting call I have ever had with an auto shop. She asked the right questions without making you feel "stupid" and gave us the best cost estimate available. She also told us upfront what to expect in regards to timing!! In addition, Hector and his crew where very attentive and friendly! A fluke after the repair had us looking for further attention. It was given promptly and sincerely. We have welcomed the invitation to their extended family and will not think twice about where to go to get car repairs done in the future! I have no doubt that the cost will be reasonable and the that the service will be exceptional. Thank you, American Auto Works for restoring my confidence in mechanics!

Best service around! Hector and his team Rock! They have been servicing my vehicles for years. He has never told me, no, or that he doesn't have time. He calls me to make sure I am satisfied even. His company is 2nd to None! Thank you Hector and team for taking care of my nephew's vehicle. I will call you soon to bring my son's Tahoe for engine and body work.

Took my car in right before they closed for the day. Tt was leaking trans fluid, they called me a few hours after they opened telling me what the price was going to be. I told them to fix it and after a few more hours they called saying it was done. I've never had this fast of a turnaround time for auto repairs. the price for parts and labor was very reasonable. I will definitely take it back to them for any other repair needs.

Awesome experience! After getting 6 quotes they were the best. The atmosphere was great. I was coming in to pay the most to fix my car but they were all for me to save money. I do love the workers they were hilarious making me laugh. They made me feel comfortable and feel its a trustworthy place. Manager (Hector)was kind and thoughtful. He really wants to help people. I will totally recommend this place! I will also continue taking my vehicle here :)

Another outstanding job from American auto works. This is my third vehicle I’ve had windows tinted on. Theses guys are the real deal when it comes to auto tint. Experienced, quality work, professional, honest, friendly and affordable. The car looks as though it can from the factory with tint. Thank you Angie, Hector and staff.

Came here for the first time yesterday on a recommendation from another mechanic as well as a friend. I will now recommend to anyone in need of a repair! I had our vehicle towed there first thing in the morning and they were able to get it done the same day. Hector and his wife were both super friendly! Not that I want another car repair in the near future, but I definitely know where I will be going!
